December 2026 Club Nights: London and Manchester, from Resistance to New Year's Eve
December 2026 club nights in London and Manchester: Resistance closes Drumsheds, the Haçienda and Silva Bumpa at WHP, Âme at E1, Boxing Day and the road to NYE.

December is two seasons in one: the first weekend closes the autumn, with Resistance at Drumsheds and the Haçienda at The Warehouse Project on the same Saturday, and the last week opens the winter, with Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and the January recovery. This is the calendar as it stands at the time of writing, every date checked against the venue's own listing or Resident Advisor, with the sold-out nights marked and the ones I would book flagged. London's big rooms go quiet after the 5th, which makes the clubs the story for once; Manchester runs to the new year. Dates get added through November and December; this page is updated as they land, and the New Year's Eve night itself has its own guide.
How to read this
- Sold out means sold out on the official channel at the time of writing. WHP runs waiting lists; the mechanics are in the tickets and waiting lists guide.
- Times are the venue's listed doors and close. Drumsheds' one December date is a Saturday afternoon; WHP's December nights close between 23:00 (Kneecap) and 04:00.
- December's trap is the office-party weekend: the second and third Saturdays are the busiest nights of the year for the city's bars, the queues are worse and the crowds are less yours. Book the rooms that program properly.
London: the season closes on the 5th

- Saturday 5 December, Resistance London, Drumsheds. 15:00 to 22:30, X and Y rooms, 18+. Room X: Paul Kalkbrenner live, Miss Monique, Kölsch, Deer Jade b2b Anna, Qrion. Room Y: Sven Väth on a three-hour set, Roman Flügel b2b Gerd Janson, Dana Ruh, Fae. The melodic techno imprint's second London all-dayer after last year's, and the last date on Drumsheds' autumn and winter listing. Sven Väth for three hours in the redesigned Y Room is the booking of the month.
- Saturday 12 December, Âme and Patrice Bäumel, E1. 22:00 to 06:00. Âme on a five-hour DJ set and Patrice Bäumel all night long at the Wapping warehouse. The melodic techno weekend, one week on, in a room of around 1,600 instead of a building licensed for 14,999; the differences are in FOLD vs fabric vs E1 vs Drumsheds.
- Friday 18 December, Hyper Dreams, E1. 22:00 to 06:00, with SHOKI287, EARGASM GOD, M¥SS KETA and ASHTREY, the last Friday before Christmas week. The Menendez Brothers & Friends run their winter series at E1 the same night.
- Saturday 26 to Monday 28 December, the Boxing Day weekend. Ministry of Sound has announced Smoove, its UK garage and old-school session, for Boxing Day, 22:30 to 05:00, and Soul Session for Sunday 27 December, the night before the bank holiday, which falls on Monday 28 December this year; neither was on sale on the club's listing at the time of writing. E1 has The Menendez Brothers & Friends on Boxing Day, 22:00 to 05:00, and KOKO has Marco Carola on both the 26th and 27th. fabric lists nothing on the 26th or 27th and has Joseph Capriati and Richy Ahmed all night long, with Cristina Lazic, Karretero and Mike Morrisey, on the bank holiday Monday, 23:00 to 07:00. Ministry's full winter run is in the Ministry of Sound guide.
- Thursday 31 December, New Year's Eve. Ministry of Sound's NYE is on sale, 21:00 to 05:00 across four rooms. E1 has listed NYE1, 22:00 to 06:00, line-up to come; fabric ran NYE in 2025 and had not announced 2026 at the time of writing. Everything confirmed so far, and what last year looked like, is in the NYE 2026 guide.
What is missing from that list is the point. Drumsheds' season ends on the 5th and Ironworks' ends on 1 November; for the rest of December, London's electronic music happens in clubs, the rooms with roofs and late licences that the daytime warehouse format has spent two years overshadowing. If you read why London's biggest raves finish at 10:30pm and wanted to know when the small rooms get their month back, it is this one.
Manchester: The Warehouse Project runs to the new year
The Warehouse Project's 20th season keeps going through December, and the calendar is the deepest of the year for a month most cities write off. From the WHP calendar:
- Thursday 3 December, Kneecap. Depot, 19:00 to 23:00. On sale. The Belfast rap trio's Fenian World Tour at depot scale, the live-music night of the month.
- Saturday 5 December, FAC51 The Haçienda. Depot, 17:00 to 03:00. On sale. Armand Van Helden, Louie Vega and David Morales as Kings of House NYC, Groove Armada (DJ set), Danny Tenaglia and Peter Hook among a long bill: the Haçienda brand in the city that built it, on the same Saturday Resistance closes Drumsheds, 200 miles south.
- Friday 11 December, Tiësto. Depot, 21:00 to 03:00. Sold out, with a waiting list. WHP bills it as his first ever WHP show and his first Manchester date in 13 years.
- Saturday 12 December, Continental GT presents Steppers. Concourse only, 21:00 to 04:00. On sale at £44.45 with no extra fees.
- Friday 18 December, Sterling: Silva Bumpa. Concourse only, 21:00 to 04:00, with Reeshy, Renceau and a special guest. Sold out, with a waiting list. Silva Bumpa's label in the small room, the UK garage night of the winter and the one I would join the waiting list for.
- Thursday 31 December, New Year's Eve at The Warehouse Project. Depot, 20:00 to 04:00, billed as Defected + Glitterbox. Sign-up is open ahead of the ticket release; in London, Ministry's NYE is already on sale.
For the city's rooms outside the depot, the best Manchester clubs guide is the longer list, and the case for making Manchester the December trip rather than London is the whole of Warehouse Project vs Drumsheds: a 4am finish beside Piccadilly in a month when London's biggest room has gone dark.
The weekend-by-weekend read
- 3 to 5 December. The closing weekend of the autumn. Kneecap on the Thursday and the Haçienda on the Saturday in Manchester; Resistance's Sven Väth and Kalkbrenner day at Drumsheds on the Saturday in London. If you only do one December weekend, it is this one.
- 11 to 13 December. Tiësto sold out at WHP on the Friday; Âme's five hours at E1 and Continental GT's Steppers in the WHP Concourse on the Saturday. The office-party weekend begins; book rooms with a door policy.
- 18 to 20 December. Silva Bumpa's Sterling in the Concourse, sold out, on the Friday; Hyper Dreams at E1 the same night. The last proper club weekend before Christmas.
- 26 to 28 December. Boxing Day weekend: Smoove at Ministry on the Saturday and Soul Session there on the Sunday, both announced, The Menendez Brothers at E1 and Marco Carola at KOKO over the same two nights, then Joseph Capriati at fabric on the bank holiday Monday. The best-value nights of the month, historically, and the ones with the most regulars in the room.
- 31 December. New Year's Eve. WHP's has sign-up open ahead of the ticket release, Ministry's is on sale and E1's NYE1 is listed. The NYE guide carries every confirmed line-up.
MNEEMO's four for December
- Sven Väth, three hours, Resistance at Drumsheds, 5 December. Papa Sven in the redesigned Y Room is the closest a building licensed for 14,999 gets to a Cocoon night.
- Sterling: Silva Bumpa, WHP Concourse, 18 December. Sold out, so a waiting-list entry, but the Concourse-only format that made Eric Prydz's October show the booking of the autumn, applied to the producer who owns UK garage's 2026.
- Âme, five hours, E1, 12 December. A long set in a real club in the month the warehouses close. This is what December is for.
- Boxing Day at Ministry, 26 December. Smoove, once it goes on sale: the old-school garage session in the rebuilt Box, with the KV2 system doing the work.
