Is the ADE Pro Pass 2026 Worth It? The €795 Pass, Perk by Perk
The ADE Pro Pass 2026 costs €795 plus a 3.77% fee. Worth it for two days of conference and networking, not for clubbing, as entry is capped.

The ADE Pro Pass 2026 costs €795 plus a 3.77% fee, about €825, since Thursday 8 October, and it is worth it for people who will use the conference and the networking on at least two days, not for clubbing alone, because festival entry on the pass is capacity-limited and never guaranteed. The pass is the only way into ADE Pro, the conference that runs from Wednesday 21 to Saturday 24 October at Felix Meritis, the Andaz and Rosewood Amsterdam. Everything else it bundles is worth a small fraction of the price. Below is the costing, perk by perk, the sessions that justify a day, and my view on who should buy at the time of writing (mid October 2026). For the wider week, start with our full ADE 2026 guide.
ADE Pro Pass 2026 at a glance
- Price: €795 plus a 3.77% fee, about €825 all in, at the time of writing (mid October 2026).
- Availability: ADE's ticket page marks the Pro Pass "almost sold out" at the time of writing (mid October 2026).
- The rise: the rate went up on Thursday 8 October. ADE warned on 1 October of "one week left to save before rates go up" and on 6 October that "prices go up this Thursday". Earlier tier prices are no longer on ADE's site.
- Included: all four conference tracks (ADE Pro, ADE Green, ADE Culture Hub, ADE Startups), networking events, matchmaking, the Business Hubs, the year-round Pro database in the ADE App, the Festival and Arts & Culture programme (limited capacity at high-demand venues) and the ADE 2026 Bag. Valid all five days.
- Not included: ADE Lab On Track and guaranteed entry to any club night. There is no day pass or conference-only ticket.
- The rules: personal and personalised, "strictly personal and non-transferable" in ADE's words, ID checked at pick-up, nobody else can collect it. Cancellations closed on 21 September.
- Pick-up desks: outside Felix Meritis, Keizersgracht 324 (Tuesday 20 October 14:00 to 20:00, Wednesday to Friday 09:00 to 20:00, Saturday 10:00 to 20:00, Sunday closed) and Stromma Pier 6, Damrak 16 (Tuesday 10:00 to 22:00, Wednesday to Saturday 09:00 to 22:00, Sunday 12:00 to 18:00). The e-ticket alone does not get you in.
- Instalments and discounts: three payments through Klarna (EU) or PayPal (US); group and company rates on request; a Billboard Pro subscriber offer; hotel discounts at nhow Amsterdam RAI, NYX Hotel and Zoku Amsterdam.
- Meet the Media: applications closed on Friday 16 October at 23:59 CEST; only selected applicants get into the Thursday session.
What each perk would cost you without the pass
| Perk | With the Pro Pass | Without it |
| ADE Pro conference, four tracks | Included, Wednesday to Saturday | Not on sale: no conference-only or day pass |
| Meet the... sessions, matchmaking, Business Hubs | Included (Meet the Media by application) | No other way in |
| Pro database, messaging and matchmaking in the ADE App | Included, year-round | Pro features need a Pro Pass |
| Festival and Arts & Culture events | Included, capacity-limited, "full-for-now" when full | A single ticket per event, with guaranteed entry |
| VIP area at Dockyard x Mystic Garden, Saturday 24 October | Included, once you are inside | Tickets from €70 on Dockyard's site (RA's listing says €79.50), plus Dockyard's Deck Package or Deck Upgrade (price not checked) |
| Public transport | Five days of free GVB travel | 20% off GVB day tickets with code ADE2026, or contactless capped at €10.50 a day on day services, night buses extra: €52.50 at most for five days of day travel |
| Gym | Seven days at 250 Basic-Fit clubs in the Netherlands | No Basic-Fit day rate found to compare |
| Mobile data | Free seven-day unlimited eSIM (SimWallet) | Your own roaming or a paid eSIM |
| ADE 2025 on demand | 30-plus Pro and Lab sessions plus the archive | No separate offer listed by ADE |
| ADE 2026 Bag, 30 YEARS ADE item, Crack x ADE magazine | Included | Bag is Pro Pass only; the magazine is sold or given out around town |
| Hotel discount | nhow RAI, NYX, Zoku, code by email with your order number | Standard rates |
The perks with a public price come to about €122 to €132, less than a sixth of the pass: €52.50 of day travel at most, night buses extra, plus a Dockyard ticket at €70 to €79.50 that only counts if you wanted that festival anyway. The festival access looks like the big number, but ADE's FAQ says it "cannot guarantee access", that each venue keeps limited capacity for pass holders, and that you should buy a single ticket for any event you must see. What is left is the conference and the people, and ADE sells those only through this pass. That is the whole decision.
The conference it buys, day by day
ADE's conference programme listed 319 items when we checked on 15 October: 92 on Wednesday, 92 on Thursday, 100 on Friday, 33 on Saturday and two on Sunday. The value sits from Wednesday to Friday. These are the sessions I would plan around.

ADE Green runs on Friday at Felix Meritis, Pro Pass only, with "no day tickets available". ADE's March announcement promised Jarre "an exclusive keynote interview at ADE Pro", but when we checked the programme listed no session under that name. He is on two Pro panels, Music & Machines and Thursday's panel on the positive use of AI in music creation (15:45, Felix Meritis); his Friday talk with Dasha Rush is an ADE Lab On Track session, outside the pass. The AI thread runs all week, the argument in why AI music has not taken over dance music yet. The live industry panel puts Superstruct, owner of Boiler Room, on stage with Sziget and the Gashouder, and the VibeLab index, billed by ADE as a global first, matters to anyone following why London clubs are closing.

Meet the Media: applications have closed
Meet the Media is pre-matched speed networking with journalists and broadcasters on Thursday 22 October, 15:45 to 17:15, at Rosewood. Only selected applicants with a confirmation email and a valid Pro Pass get in, and applications closed on Friday 16 October at 23:59 CEST. The listed line-up includes DJ Mag, Mixmag, Capital Dance, Global, IQ Magazine and Crack. For a UK artist or label with a release to push, I think these are the most useful ninety minutes of the week. Applications for 2026 have closed, so if you missed it, apply as soon as the window opens next year, before you book flights.
Who should buy it
My test is simple: before you pay, write down the sessions you will sit in and the people you want to meet. If that list does not fill two days, do not buy.
- Managers, agents, labels and promoters: the Meet the... sessions, the Andaz Business Hub and the Pro database are the product. I would book Wednesday and Thursday and keep Friday for follow-up meetings.
- UK artists with a team: the MMF UK Breakfast and the Believe session are built for you, though ADE gives no entry details for the breakfast. The UK nights for afterwards are in ADE 2026 UK garage parties.
- Anyone working from Amsterdam that week: the hubs are places to work and meet, and ADE puts the Andaz 240 m from Felix Meritis and Rosewood 600 m away.
Who should not buy it
- Clubbers: the pass does not guarantee entry, ADE tells holders to arrive early at crowded events, and at the time of writing (mid October 2026) ADE's listing marked 47 events sold out, most of the Gashouder nights among them. Buy the nights you want: our ADE 2026 resale tickets guide has the safe routes and ADE 2026 parties, day by day has the picks.
- Emerging producers after tuition: ADE Lab On Track is not in the pass and applications closed on 6 September. ADE Lab Discovery is free with registration, Wednesday to Friday.
- Weekend-only visitors: land on Friday night and you get Saturday's 33 items.
- Anyone hoping to sell it on: it is personal, ID-checked and no longer refundable.
In my opinion the pass is a business expense, not a party ticket. If you want one without paying, ADE's main partner Heineken is giving registrants a chance to win a Pro Pass or one of more than 400 event tickets at the time of writing (mid October 2026). Heineken's own page says the Pro Passes are drawn among guests who opt in and have their ticket scanned at its opening party, De Eerste Proost at Club NYX on Wednesday 21 October.
The Billboard offer and other ways to pay less
Billboard reported on 5 October that Billboard Pro subscribers can get 15% off a Pro Pass with a promo code at ADE's checkout. Treat it as a subscriber offer, not a public discount: ADE's own ticket and FAQ pages do not mention it, and we could not confirm with ADE that it still applies after the 8 October rise. Otherwise, ask ADE about company rates, spread the cost over three instalments, and claim the hotel codes. For getting there, see ADE from London.
FAQ
How much is the ADE Pro Pass 2026?
€795 plus a 3.77% fee, about €825, since Thursday 8 October 2026 and at the time of writing (mid October 2026), payable in three instalments through Klarna (EU) or PayPal (US). ADE's ticket page marks it "almost sold out" at the time of writing.
Is the ADE Pro Pass worth it?
Yes if you will use the conference and networking on at least two of the four conference days. No if you mainly want to club: single tickets cost less and guarantee entry.
Does the Pro Pass get you into every ADE party?
Not reliably. ADE says the pass is valid at all official festival events but that it "cannot guarantee access": each venue reserves limited capacity for pass holders and goes "full-for-now" when it is reached. The ADE App's Festival Access Map shows venue capacity live, but ADE advises a single ticket for guaranteed entry.
Is there an ADE day pass or conference-only ticket?
No. ADE does not sell either; the Pro Pass is the only way into the conference, including ADE Green.
Can I transfer, resell or cancel my Pro Pass?
Not by yourself. It must be personalised and ID is checked at pick-up. Once it is personalised, ADE says you cannot change the name yourself but can email it to ask. Cancellations were possible until 21 September 2026 for €25; that window has closed.
Does the Pro Pass include ADE Lab?
No. Lab On Track is separate and application-only. The Saturday Culture Hub is open to both Pro Pass and Lab On Track holders.
Is there an ADE Pro Pass discount code?
No public one that we could verify. Billboard published a 15% code for Billboard Pro subscribers on 5 October, which we could not confirm with ADE after the price rise. ADE offers company rates on request.
Can I still apply for Meet the Media?
No. Applications closed on Friday 16 October 2026 at 23:59 CEST, for the session on Thursday 22 October at Rosewood Amsterdam. Only selected applicants with a confirmation email and a valid Pro Pass get in.
