The terms on which we sell HOUSE OF MNEEMO capsule items: limited drops, made-to-order production, prices, payment, member discounts and your consumer rights.
The HOUSE OF MNEEMO store (the "Store") is operated by Yaroslav Gorovoy, trading as HOUSE OF MNEEMO ("we", "us", "our"), London, United Kingdom. Contact: info@mneemo.com. These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of physical goods from the Store. Your use of the wider website is also subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
We release products as limited "drops" or "capsules", sold during defined windows. Items are produced made to order and are not held in stock. Quantities and sizes may be limited and there is no guarantee of a restock. We may open, close, pause or limit a drop, and add or withdraw products, at any time.
We take care to describe products accurately, including fabric, weight and fit. Our pieces are cut oversized unless stated; please check the size guidance on each product. Photographs and screen colours are indicative, and natural variation in garment-washed and printed goods is normal and not a fault.
Where we offer a member discount (for example a code giving 10% off a first drop), it applies only to eligible orders, may be limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be amended or withdrawn at any time. The discount is applied at checkout when a valid code is entered.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We send an order confirmation to acknowledge it; this does not yet form a contract. A binding contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund any payment, for example where an item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.
Dispatch times, shipping costs, international duties, and your 14-day right to cancel and return are set out in full in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery). Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by carriers or customs.
These Terms of Sale and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep any mandatory protections and forum rights of your home country.
