How and when your order ships, what it costs, duties on international orders, and your right to cancel and return under UK law.
HOUSE OF MNEEMO capsules are released as limited drops and produced made to order by our production partner. Items are not held in stock: each piece is produced after you order, then quality-checked and shipped.
These are estimates, not guarantees. When your order ships we email you a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link. If a piece is delayed beyond the estimate, we will let you know.
We ship to the United Kingdom and internationally. Shipping is tracked. The exact shipping cost and available methods for your address are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, any import duties, customs charges or local taxes are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. They are not included in the price or shipping shown at checkout and are payable to the carrier or customs authority on arrival. Please check your country's thresholds before ordering.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To be returned, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached and, where practical, in their original packaging. Pieces returned worn, washed, marked or altered may not be accepted, or the refund may be reduced, except where the item is faulty.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything on this page. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, or we sent the wrong item, contact info@mneemo.com with your order number and a photo. We will put it right, by repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, and we cover the cost of returning a faulty or incorrect item.
Because capsules are limited and made to order, we cannot always guarantee an exchange. The quickest way to change a size or piece is to return the original under section 04 and place a new order while the drop is open.
